Was working with Zuari Agro Chemicals Ltd. (K.K. Birla group company) for 20 years.
Opted for VRS during the year 1999 from the position of Regional Manager and started research work
on Silicon in Agriculture under the able guidance of Dr. Narayan . K. Sawant, Dr. K. R. Sonar, Dr. N.B.
Prakash and Dr. Lawrence Datnaff (America).

Established Silicon manufacturing company in the year 2003 at Pune and marketing of Silicon products
in the state of Maharashtra.

Now marketing network in Maharashtra, Karnataka, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.

1. International Society for Silicon Research in Agriculture(America)
2. International Society for Horticulture Science – Belgium
3. The Deccan Sugar Technologies Association – Pune.

Participated and published paper on Silicon for sugarcane in the International conference held at
Beijing (China).

So far published many articles on Silicon in the Dailies like Sakal Agrowon, Loksatta, Pudhari, Samna etc
and Magazines like Baliraja, Agrotech , Godwa etc.
